When the neighbourhood slowed down and offices emptied, everyday life had to be reinvented. A father returned to the kitchen to help his family, one sandwich at a time.
Simple ingredients, time for cooking and attention to the people being fed. That is how the first Papa Sandwiches were made, and it is what still guides LE PAPA.
